The West Wing experience is a unique experience hosted in the Palladian Mansion and home to priceless art pieces, Russborough House. This once-in-lifetime experience is designed to explore how food, art, and setting can be brought together through a cultural narrative. It is intimate in scale and considered in execution.
The evening unfolds as a seated tasting menu for twelve guests, following a loose timeline through the eras Russborough has lived through, from the 1700s to the early 1900s. Each course reflects a moment in the house’s history, interpreted through ingredients, techniques, or presentation rather than recreated literally. The focus is on progression, with a clear sense of movement through time.
Art forms the central thread throughout the experience. Dishes respond to colour, composition, texture, and artistic movements connected to the house and its collection, offering points of reference rather than explanation.
